This month is all about LOVE! The devotion is Learning to Live Loved: How the Father’s Heart Reclaims Yours and features special videos from Toby Mac, Josiah Queen, Tasha Layton, and Ryan Stevenson.

You are already loved more deeply than you know. 1 John 3:1(NIV) says, “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!”. Through Jesus, who gave Himself fully for you, you’ve been invited into this relationship. That word lavished means God doesn’t hold back. His love finds you where you are because you belong to Him.
His love reaches for you long before you reach for Him.
Even Jesus’ disciples experienced moments of disconnect. After the resurrection, Thomas couldn’t believe until he touched Jesus’ wounds for himself. His heart had grown cautious, quiet with grief. But Jesus met Thomas in the middle of that numbness, offering proof with His scars. He didn’t lecture Thomas, but invited him: “Put your finger here… Stop doubting and believe” (John 20:27 NIV).
God still does that for you. He sees the parts of your heart dulled by fatigue or discouragement and He comes close to you in His tenderness. Like Jesus did with Thomas, your heavenly Father extends Himself again, gently reminding you: You’re still Mine.
The Father simply wants your presence. Like Elijah, who collapsed under a broom tree after giving everything he had, you may feel too weary to try. But just as God sent an angel to strengthen Elijah—twice—He tends to your soul with quiet care.
His love finds you, right here, right now!
Let today be less about effort and more about presence. As the Father’s beloved child, you are already seen, invited, and deeply loved— not because you’ve earned it, but because He’s made you His own.
Pray
Father, thank You that Your love meets me here. Help me slow down today and simply rest in being Your child.
Say
I am found by the Father’s love. I am His child.
